●About the Product
Mie Prefecture is proud of its premium natural abalone.
Divers catch abalone one by one using the old-fashioned open-dive fishing method, and their fishing season is at its peak when the water temperature rises along with the abalone season.
The abalone in season are manually removed from their shells, gutted, and carefully washed.
The abalone is then stewed to extract its flavor, carefully sliced, and luxuriously canned.
Enjoy the aroma and rich sweetness of the abalone that brings to mind the scenery of the seashore. This is a limited production product.

Eat after boiling in hot water with the can still in it.

1 can = 105g
