●About the Product
"Ume-gayu(Porridge with Pickled Plum)" is a combination of Japanese Koshihikari rice and pressed barley, which is rich in dietary fiber. Umezu vinegar has been added to give it a moderate ume sour taste.
The freeze-dried method minimizes changes in color and aroma, and the freshly prepared flavor can be enjoyed by simply pouring hot water over it.

【How to Cook】
Place the contents in a bowl, pour 170 ml of boiling water and stir.
