●About the Product
Kusefuku's Kitsune Udon noodles.
The noodles are thick and slightly wavy so that they are well-dispersed in the sauce.
A combination of light soy sauce and "Mainichi Dashi" powder from Kuzefuku Shoten. This udon soup has a deep flavor with a strong broth of dried bonito flakes, dried sardines, and muro-aji flakes.
Ingredients are deep-fried tofu, egg, green onion, and flower-shaped kamaboko (fish cake).
