The non-fried noodles are glossy in appearance and have the firmness and resilience typical of CHUKAZANMAI.

The soy sauce broth is based on the umami of chicken with the flavor of scallions and scallops, and the sour and spicy broth has a strong acidity and just the right amount of spiciness. A spoonful of aromatic vinegar stimulates the appetite.
