Made with Yaizu bonito flakes and all-purpose dashi, Tokushima yuko, and Nagasaki yuzu. The balance of citrus and dried bonito flakes aroma was pursued to create a broad and luxurious flavor. We hope you will enjoy this ponzu with a sense of ingredient.
This luxurious grated ponzu is made using only domestic citrus fruits.
It uses not only dried bonito flakes from Yaizu, but also all-purpose dashi from Kuzefuku Shoten. In addition, smoked salt (smoked salt) is used to give the dried bonito flakes a smoky flavor.
Vinegar is not used at all, but only yuto from Tokushima Prefecture and yuzu juice from Kagoshima Prefecture are used to add acidity.
The rich aroma and deep flavor of grated daikon and dried bonito flakes, combined with the refreshing aroma and crisp acidity of citrus fruits, gives it a broad and luxurious flavor that can be used in nabe dishes, yudofu, grilled fish, hamburgers, boiled vegetables, and other dishes, as well as in more luxurious dishes such as yellowtail shabu-shabu.
