●About the Product
This tartar sauce is filled with home-made pickles of Japanese vegetables, boiled eggs, capers, and other ingredients. Use for fried shrimp, fried horse mackerel, sandwiches, etc.
The moderate acidity of the pickles and the rich flavor of the egg yolk will make your fried food and meat dishes taste much better.
Homemade pickles are made by carefully marinating cucumbers, carrots, radishes, and other vegetables in a special pickling liquid for at least four days. Shinshu soy sauce is used as a secret ingredient to give the pickles a Japanese flavor.

1 bottle = 160g
