Mild salt soup with chicken flavor, onion sweetness, kelp and bonito richness, and smooth non-fried thin noodles.
Thin non-fried noodles with a smooth texture and supple firmness.
Mildly salty soup combining the umami of chicken extract and the sweetness of onions. The flavor of kelp and bonito is added for a richness, and the taste of roasted lard is added to give the soup a cooked feel. Sesame seeds and coarsely ground chili peppers are added.
Ingredients include qinggengcai (Chinese cabbage), menma (bamboo shoots), and negi (green onion).
A perfectly balanced salt ramen with chicken at the forefront.
