A clean yet rich soy sauce broth with the flavor of chicken stock and thin, non-fried, smooth noodles.
Thin non-fried noodles with a smooth texture and supple firmness.
The soup is based on pork and chicken bones, combined with Japanese soup stock made from niboshi (dried sardines) and kombu (kelp), and oil made from lard, niboshi, and garlic.
Ingredients include menma, naruto, green onion, qinggengcai, and two pieces of grilled nori seaweed.
This is a modern aromatic soy sauce ramen with a nice chicken flavor.
